Petunia 'Shock Wave Pink Vein' is a high-energy member of the Wave family, specifically bred to produce a massive volume of smaller, more weather-resilient blooms. While other spreading petunias can be overwhelmed by heavy rain, the Shock Wave series "shocks" the garden with its ability to bounce back almost immediately.
